Tiramisu Overnight Oats.


Tiramisu is one of my favourite desserts! The coffee... The creaminess... All of it!!


I could definitely eat it for breakfast.. So why not turn this favourite dessert into a healthy breakfast?!





 


RECIPE


- 1/2 cup quick oats

- 30g vanilla protein

- 1/4 cup strong coffee

- 1/4 cup milk of choice

- Plain or Greek yoghurt (I use soy Greek yoghurt)


METHOD


- Mix the oats and vanilla protein powder in a small bowl.

- Add the coffee and milk, mix well & smooth out.

- Add a layer of your fave vanilla yoghurt to the top and smooth out

- Put a lid on your bowl or use a plate if it doesn’t have a lid & leave in the fridge overnight.

- In the morning, sprinkle cacao or cocoa powder over the top with a small sieve.

- Eat!
