Wholefood Banana Split.

The perfect snack!!


This is a more balanced banana split than a traditional banana split that's super high in added sugar. This is higher in protein & healthy fats to balance your blood sugar levels & keep you fuller for longer too. And…it’s so easy to make!!



 

RECIPE


- 1 banana

- A few spoonfuls of your fave yoghurt (dairy, lactose free, soy)

- Berries

- Nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, cereal and/or granola

- Peanut butter


METHOD


- All you basically need to do is slice the banana in half, top with the rest of the ingredients then eat it!
