Due to the nature of plants, from time to time our products may differ slightly from ur online images. However, we will do our best to match our products to our images.

Our products are not for resale. If you are interested in selling our products, please contact us to organise a wholesale agreement.

Changes to our website

Whilst the content on our website is regularly updated, content may occasionally be out of date for a short time. This includes product pricing and product availability. In this instance we may cancel orders if a product price, information or availability is not correct. We will do our best to ensure all information is correct so that this does not need to happen.

Privacy of information is taken very seriously at Whole Natural Health. Personal details and information we collect are to ensure you receive our products with the best possible customer service. Occasionally we may use this information to send email campaigns with new products, offers or other exciting news. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact us at hello@wholenaturalhealth.com.au and we will delete you from our database immediately.

We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by the law, and to use your information to protect our rights in any legal proceedings.

Your credit card information is not stored or kept at any time on our site.

Shipping

Currently we ship to Australian addresses only. Please email us at hello@wholenaturalhealth.com.au if you would like to to enquire about postage to an international address.

Shipping costs: Postage to Australian addresses is free for all orders over $99. If your order is under $99, postage is $10 for regular post.

Delivery time-frame: Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase on all orders. On the rare occasion that an order will be dispatched after this time-frame, you will be contacted with a revised timeframe.

Delivery: Depending on Australia post & your location, delivery may take up to 5 working days following dispatch. Some rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping details: Please ensure shipping details provided are correct.

Return Policy

If you change your mind...

We do not offer a return if you change your mind. If you need help deciding on a tea please contact us for further help and information before you order.

If you receive an incorrect order.

Firstly, we apologise! We obviously hadn't had a Dandy tea before processing your order! Secondly, please contact us immediately at hello@wholenaturalhealth.com.au so that we can get this mistake corrected.

If you've provided incorrect information.

Contact us straight away at hello@wholenaturalhealth.com.au. If your order has not been sent yet we will be able to correct the order. If the order has been sent and returned to us we will happily reship to the correct address at your expense.
