Shipping costs: Postage to Australian addresses is free for all orders over $99. If your order is under $99, postage is $10 for regular post.
Delivery time-frame: Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase on all orders. On the rare occasion that an order will be dispatched after this time-frame, you will be contacted with a revised timeframe.

Firstly, we apologise! We obviously hadn't had a Dandy tea before processing your order! Secondly, please contact us immediately at so that we can get this mistake corrected.
