Choc Chip Oatmeal Slice.

If you're an oatmeal/porridge fan then you'll love this! Eat it for breakfast, snacks or whenever you feel like it!


This freezes really well too - perfect for meal prep!



 

RECIPE


- 2 cups oat flour

- 1 cup oats

- 2 tbsp flax meal

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 200g choc chips

- 160g tub vanilla yoghurt (dairy or vegan)

- 1 cup milk of choice

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- Optional: A handful of granola to top it with or use extra choc chips (I forgot to keep some & used them all in the slice!)


METHOD


- Preheat your oven to 180C

- Mix the dry ingredients

- Mix in the wet ingredients

- Transfer to a lined slice tray

- Bake for around 25 mins

- Transfer to a cooling wire

- Allow to cool before slicing if you prefer but I like to have a slice while the chocolate is still melted so I slice it straight away!

- Eat!
