Breakfast Smoothie

Make it the night before. Make a double or triple batch. Grab it on your way out the door!

Quick, easy, nutrient packed & you get a serve of veg too.




- 1 cup milk of choice

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/3 cup high protein yoghurt

- 1/3 cup blueberries

- 1/2 banana

- big handful of spinach

- 1tbsp seeds (hemp, sunflower, linseeds or pumpkin seeds)


- Add all ingredients to a blender & blitz until smooth. Add more milk or water if needed.
