Halloumi Flatbread.

Don't tell me, I had you at halloumi... Right??

This is my favourite yoghurt dough recipe. I use it all the time! I use it for a whole lot of things including gozleme! It's so quick & easy to make but it's also so light, fluffy & yum!




  • 300g wholemeal self raising flour

  • 300g Greek, plain or coconut yoghurt

  • a good pinch of salt

  • Around 100g of halloumi (use vegan if preferred)


  • Preheat your oven to 175° C

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt & flour together until you need to use your hands

  • Turn it onto a floured bench & knead with your hands until it comes together

  • Slice into 4 equal parts

  • Roll each one out to around 1cm thickness

  • Place on a lined baking tray

  • Crumble over the halloumi evenly over each piece

  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil

  • Bake for around 20 minutes or until it begins to turn golden

  • Slice & enjoy!
