Blueberry & Choc Chip Slice.


Blueberries & chocolate are best friends which is what makes this slice so good!

I’ve made this so many times & it never disappoints. It’s also gluten free, dairy free, egg free & nut free.



I love making this for my girls’ lunchboxes & afternoon snacks for me!





Ingredients


- 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1/2 cup coconut sugar

- 1/3 cup choc chips

- 2 tbsp flax meal

- 3 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup milk (I used oat)

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp vanilla paste

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

& extra choc chips & pepitas to top it with



Method.


- Preheat your oven to 175C.

- Mix the dry ingredients.

- Mix the wet ingredients (except the blueberries).

- Fold through the blueberries.

- Transfer to a slice tray.

- Top with the extra choc chips & blueberries.

- Bake for 25ish mins.

- Leave to cool slightly.

- Transfer to a cooling wire.

- Slice & eat!
