Soothe Bath Tea is suitable for all ages. As many children suffer from eczema this bath tea is an excellent addition to their nightly bath to help to calm irritations to support a better night's sleep.
Soothe Bath Tea comes with a reusable cotton drawstring pouch so that you can place your bath tea inside & infuse your bath with the salts & herbs without leaving a big mess afterwards.
Oats are soothing and provide a protective barrier on the skin to keep moisture in. Chickweed is a favourite naturopathic herb for minimising that itchy feeling. Calendula and marshmallow contain healing properties to nourish the skin. Epsom salts and Himalayan salts are both high in minerals to provide nutrients to nourish the skin.
Following a Soothe bath it's important to gently pat dry or air dry to ensure those healing properties remain on the skin. Follow up with a nourishing body oil or lotion.

Soothe Bath Tea includes the following:
Commonly used to ease muscular & joint pain whilst relaxing the body. Epsom salts are high in magnesium, a vital mineral for muscle growth and function.
Himalayan salt provides trace amounts of potassium, magnesium & calcium to nourish and relax the body.
Oats (Avena sativa)
When added to water oats release a milky starch into the water which has high amounts of anti-inflammatory properties within it. Oats have been used in baths for hundreds, if not thousands, of years for this very reason.
Chickweed leaves (Stellaria media)
Chickweed is actually a comon weed found in many garden. You might actually have chickweed growing in your garden without even knowing it! Chickweed is an emollient herb which reduces inflammation and itch by providing a moistoning and protective layer on the skin.
Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis)
Calendula is a popular herb in skin products due to its healing properties. Calendula provides soothing, anti-inflammatory and healing actions for skin conditions.
Marshmallow flowers and leaves (Althea officinalis)
Althea, commonly known as marshmallow, was once used as an ingredient to make the sweets, marshmallows. When added to water, marshmallow leaves & flowers provides a mucilage layer over the skin to soothe and heal.
Soothe Bath Tea
Epsom salts, Himalayan salts, oats, chickweed leaves, calendula flowers, marshmallow leaves & flowers.
- Add ½ cup of bath tea to the cotton bag provided & tie up so the salts are trapped inside
- Place the bag into a running bath to allow salts & herbs to infuse into the water
- Soak for 5-10 minutes. Soaking irritated skin for too long can further dry out the skin
- Lightly pat dry & moisturise with body oil or lotion
- Discard herbs from within the bag after use
