Ginger (Zingiber officinalis)

Ginger is known to have many positive effects on the body including relieving nausea & spasmodic pain as well as being anti-inflammatory, protective of the liver, soothing for an upset tummy & stimulating for the circulation via its warming effect on the body. Ginger is sweet tasting & also refreshingly spicy.


Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus)

Astragalus has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries for its immune enhancing & anti-aging effects. Astragalus is also commonly used at part of Naturopathy for its adaptogenic action which improves the body’s physical endurance & adapt to stress.


Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)
